Thank you for taking the opportunity to apply for a tent/booth at Enviroweek Eco-Expo in St. Maarten. It is an ideal opportunity to showcase what you have to offer to an appreciative audience.
The Expo will be held over a weekend and outdoors in a beautiful park “Emilio Wilson” in St. Maarten. There are ample parking places and it is big enough to hold a great number of tents. The tents are 10 X 10 foot and provided with sides and with a table and 2 chairs. There are a great number of electricity outlets.
Our philosophy is to keep the cost as low as we possibly can to enable a wide range of people to participate. The event is therefore sponsored and the free standing tents will be free for this year. Only for the elite tents/booths in the main event tent we charge 150 USD to donate to the Emilio Wilson park. These tents/booths will be more attractive for professional company’s. The Elite tents/ booths in the main event tent are separated by wooden screens and are approximately 10 x 10 feet.
Exhibitors are invited to apply to present a workshop, at no additional cost. We particularly welcome educational sessions where people can walk away having learnt something new that will enrich their lives. Please indicate on the booking form if you wish to apply. We regret to inform that, due to limited availability, not all applications can be accepted. It will also be taken into consideration to have not too much of the same products to guarantee a diverse product range which will suit you and the public as well. We will announce the final speakers closer to the time.
Set up is from 6pm – 9pm on Saturday 7th of June. We work on a first-in, first-served basis, so it is in your interest to return your booking form, along with your full payment (if you wish an Elite), as early as possible to secure your stand. For Elite tents/booths the payment must be received before the 20th of May 2008. See also our general terms and conditions.
If you are requesting power cables, extra tables, and or chairs, please have your final requirements to us no later than 20th May 2008.

Full payment for the Elite tents is due by 20th of May 2008. A digital invoice is available upon request. Submission of registration constitutes acceptance of the general terms and conditions.
